User’s guide for Hemp Complex oil :

Shake raw Hemp Complex CBDA – CBD oil before use.

2-10 drops under the tongue, 1-3 x daily.

Maximum 20 drops a day. Do not exceed daily dose. Do not use when pregnant or lactating. Keep in a dark place. Store and use at room temperature.
